Land, shut down, get out, walk around and stretch the legs, try to figure out where the FBO/fuel pumps are. Figure out it's closed, so maybe make a phone call or two to see if there's anyone that'll drive out and fuel the plane (which isn't uncommon), use the restroom, maybe call a taxi and grab a bite somewhere (or walk over to the gas station which, if memory serves, is like right next door). Then have a look at the weather, figure out where else one can get fuel, call around to make sure *they're* open... Upon finding no one to help and no fuel at the site...the pair then attempted to take off.... The plane originally landed about 6 p.m. Wednesday evening and attempted the take-off around 8:40 p.m. So, it took them over two and a half hours to figure out the airport was closed? Not exactly the sharpest tools in the box, were they?</p>
