It's going to be a bright, albeit cold, day. We'll have nothing but sunshine coming down on us as partly cloudy skies dominate and temps will be in the mid-to-upper 20s, about normal for this time of year while tonight will see fair skies and temps in the lower 20s, with clouds increasing towards morning. But look out because a new storm system is coming in Tuesday that could bring a few inches of snow to the area, though current estimates have the heaviest snowfall in a stretch of Central Illinois into Northwest Indiana. And we could see a new surge of frigid subzero air by the weekend.
