<description>&lt;p&gt;my spider sense tells me that this is more of Daley playing shuffle board or three card monte with the lives of poor Black and Brown kids, which is even more unsettling with Arnie Duncan getting the top education post. I do think Duncan will do better out from under Daley&apos;s yoke, but still its like awarding a Nazi war functionary, F*cking sad yo, F*cking sad &lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Between this and the rumors that South Loop and Jones College Prep are going to become &quot;neighborhood&quot; schools, it&apos;s always nice to know that CPS is still in the business of enriching some children at the expense of others. Some of these schools couldn&apos;t possibly take more children if they tried.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;I went to Ogden a while back and, unless things have changed and the pre-IB program is no longer there, I find it hard to believe they will be able to fit more students there...I imagine it will be similar at the other schools taking on new students.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
