Apparently the crash was caused by geese flying into the engine, which is quite a problem at a lot of airports.
I also read that most airports are doing little to nothing about the problem.
Some, however, hire intrepid Border Collies to chase the geese away from the airport so they cannot nest and breed.
You can always feel safer when a BC is on the job!!
