Finch Flying the Coop

Finch Gallery Executive Director Nicholas Freeman recently announced that he is moving to New York City -- sadface! -- and will reopen his gallery there. Freeman gained squatter's rights to the gallery (located at 2747 W. Armitage) two years ago, and Last Friday, Finch hosted its final opening reception for Casey Murtaugh.

A "last stand get down" is planned for the end of the month, with readings, live music, films, and a dance party.
