Get Eccentric Soul Revue Tickets Early

If you've followed the hot jams and buttery heartbreak of the reissues Chicago's Numero Group has been releasing for he last few years, then you know the sweet sound and fascinating stories of some of our city's best, if little known, R&B talent.

Now the relentless soul seekers of the city's South side are bringing artists from Twinight Records together for one night, April 4, at the Park West. Syl Johnson, the Notations and Nate Evans, Renaldo Domino, the Kaldirons and the Final Solution, all together, backed up by Chicago's hardest working soul band, Uptown Sound. And if you're still not sure that seeing this show is a great idea, check out this brief clip from the first rehearsal.

Tickets are already on sale through Ticketmaster, but until midnight tonight, you can still order tickets, sans service charges, through Numero's website for the show.

I believe this show is April 9, 2009 at the Park West, not the Vic.
