In case anyone wants to get a look at some of the fantastic backroad biking in SW WI visit www.mineralpoint.com and drop them an e-mail asking for the FREE SW WI Bike trails map. It's an awesome set of loop tours through some beautiful hill & prairie country. Here's hoping the 2016 Olympics is a Chicago & Wisconsin event. It would be a fitting final star in the concluding year of a second Obama term.

I know I've heard a lot about infrastructure being a potential obstacle to winning the bid (and it makes sense), but if that were the case, then how did transit-rich cities like Atlanta pull it off?

There's some fantastic cycling in Wisco, including the Iron Man course. I'd definitely escape the city to see the world's best go at it up there.
