One more thing... TOC's Heather Shouse says that Cain is eyeing Uptown and Roger's Park as prospective locations for the future Kuma's South, I'm no geography major but ... Uptown or Rogers Park as Kuma's SOUTH? Aren't both of those north of Belmont? Or are the Kuma's kooks just being funny?

I'm leaning towards Roger's Park. ... partly because its more or less hipster-free. Not if this deal goes through. Even the threat of gangbangers and assorted drunks and thugs can't stop the march of Hipster Army.

Not to be knit-picky but the original article from Time Out says Roger's Park and Uptown rather than Wicker Park and Uptown. So which is it? I'm leaning towards Roger's Park. Partly because I live on the northside and partly because its more or less hipster-free.
