<description>&lt;p&gt;OK, I understand wanting to have a fair trial, but there is a huge issue of public confidence, and if really cared about the people he represents he would step aside. Not even step-down, necessarily, as the Illinois Constitution allows a governor to step aside without relinquishing power. That way he could potentially get a trial while us citizens could have someone we at least mildly trust in power.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Blago needs some math skills... in 2006 he received under 2 million votes in the general election.
