I am in awe of the CPD's keen perception skills. Oh. c'mon. There are plenty of 5-3 cops with newspaper stuffed in their vests out there. It's a common mistake.

I am in awe of the CPD's keen perception skills. No wonder the crime is out of control, a cop spends the entire day with a 14 year old with newspapers stuffed into his shirt and he never catches on. Matty, you should also search for the story of the kid in Orlando that steals buses just to drive the routes and make the stops.

He must have had teh time of his life! This reminds me of the guy in NYC who keeps dressing up as a conductor and stealing trains - not to hurt anyone but just cause he loves trains!
