Do This: Share Our Strength Beer Dinner at Hot Chocolate

Break out your party hats, on Monday, February 23, Hot Chocolate is celebrating its 4th birthday by hosting a ridiculous five course dinner complete with appropriately paired craft beers. Even better, ticket sales will benefit Share Our Strength, a national non-profit working to end childhood hunger.

The dinner will include courses prepared by Chef Bill Kim of Urban Belly, Chef Chris Pandel of The Bristol, Brian Huston of The Publican and, obvs, Mark Steuer and Mindy Segal of Hot Chocolate (Ed. Note: Segal is also the chairperson of Share Our Strength's upcoming "Taste of the Nation" spring fundraiser). Expect beer pairings from Goose Island, Three Floyds, Kansas City's Boulevard Breweing, and more. Commence salivation.
