<description>&lt;p&gt;I live in Fishers, IN, next door to Carmel.  The wife and I definitely saw the &apos;raptors&apos; sign the other night.  Awesome work.  Why I didn&apos;t bust out the cam phone I&apos;ll never know.  Anyway, there was a posting at hackaday.com (I think) the week before on how to get into those types of signs.  It&apos;s pretty easy to get r done too.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
