Do This: Unibroue Dinner at C-House

2009_02_unibroue.gif As Karl and I discussed in yesterday's podcast, if you're going out to dine at one of the participating Chicago Restaurant Week establishments and want a cocktail or two, expect your tab to increase really quick.

However, if you want to save money on both the food and the beverages, pencil in March 5 on your calendar. C-House (166 E. Superior, 312-523-0923) and Unibroue are teaming up for a 5-course, $40 beer dinner from 6-8 p.m. Both C-House Executive Chef Seth Siegel-Gardner and Jim Javenkoski, Unibroue's Culinary Attaché, will be on hand to discuss the dishes and beers, respectively.

Oh, one of the courses is roast suckling pig paired with Éphémère. That should be worth the $40 there.
