<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for these winter soup ideas.  I&apos;m still eating the left overs from a massive pot of broccoli-potato soup inspired by the one seen here.  Do you have to go to a high end grocery to get celery root, or is it widely available?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
