<description>&lt;p&gt;Good for you, Mr. Weiss. This was just a witch hunt spearheaded by personal injury lawyers looking to make millions from the city. 
The list was made up of officers with at least 5 ALLGEATIONS of excessive force. Every day, citizens allege that an officer used excessive force with 90% of those being completely false. Not happy about being arrested and want to make a few bucks? Cry brutality.
Now if you wanted to publish a list of officers that have 5 or more documented incidents of brutality, I don&apos;t think anyone would be able to argue against that.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
