<description>&lt;p&gt;I doubt such a law will pass. Blago was impeached and removed from office, not convicted of a crime. There is no compelling reason of denying him free speech.  Perhaps Franks is one of the people Blago will discuss in his book? &lt;/p&gt;</description>
