Monday Dining Series at Kendall College

Eating out may be one of the things you decided to cut back on when early rumblings of a recession began. Thankfully the talented instructors and chefs-in-training at Kendall College are offering up affordable and delicious five-course meals based on different countries as part of their Monday Dining Series. Tomorrow night, diners at the Dining Room at Kendall College (900 N. North Branch St.) in River West can dine on Indian cuisine for $38 including tax, tip and non-alcoholic beverages. It's also BYOB for those who want to add a little something extra to their meal. The Dining Room at Kendall College, a culinary arts, business, and hospitality management school, gives people the chance to taste the food of soon-to-be-famous chefs before they become the next big thing in dining - Kendall alumni include Mindy Segal of Hot Chocolate and Michael Altenberg of Crust.
