Speaking of which; Stewart's CNBC/MSNBC tirades over the past days have had me falling out of my chair. I end up watching Morning Joe on MSNBC along with a few other programs. The banter of Scarborough in response to Stewart has been priceless. Today Joe was talking about how Stewart just makes a funny face after explaining something, and the audience acts in Pavlovian response. Steward reacted to this assertion here; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1-Z10OkaN8 This ranks up their when Stewart challenged Tucker Carlson on Crossfire about being a trained monkey.

This is a Dog and Pony show. Years ago, I went to a so-called debate between G. Gordon Libby and Timothy Leary. What a load of hooey. Anyone who pays money for this and expects any sort of enlightenment beyond what you get with a below-average episode of Jerry Springer is a dope. Why are people wasting their time with these two?

I used to really like Maher until a girl I dated pointed out that he's not really telling jokes or making wisecracks, he's just sort of smugly asserting his opinion. The Oscars this year where he mentions his own, stupid, unfunny, one note, and unnominated documentary three times while mentioning the ones that were nominated as fast he could was classless. It pisses me off he represents the left like I'm sure some middle of the road republicans (I'm sure they exist) hate Coulter.

Karl is write, without writers Maher quickly becomes an unfunny George Carlin parody. Coulter is a comedian too, that's why these two pair up so often. Just not a funny one. If these are the "Minds That Move The World" I'm praying for a meteor strike.

I enjoy listening to Maher's monologues,and his tv show, but I don't think I'd pay to see him with Coulter. It all seems so set up to me. Who I would like to see own Ann Coulter in a debate would be Janeane Garofalo.
