Marni Yang Indicted

New charges have been filed against Marni Yang, accused of killing Rhoni Reuter, then-girlfriend of ex-Bear Shaun Gayle. Yesterday, Yang was indicted by a Lake County grand jury of intentional homicide of an unborn child; Reuter was seven-months pregnant with Gayle's child when Yang allegedly killed her. In addition, Yang was also indicted on nine counts of first-degree murder in connection to Reuter's death. According to Reuter's family, she had already named the baby - a girl - Skylar. The sentence for killing an unborn child is the same as first degree murder: 25 to life. [WBBM]
