Chicagoist Podcast 3/30 - Austin, Amateurs, and Athletics

The return of Monday means another entry into the Chicagoist Podcast Series - this week, in Stereo! This week:
- After all the coverage from our own Lizz Kannenberg directly from the South By Southwest festival and all her fantastic photo spreads, we talked with Lizz to get the final wrapup of how this year's fest went down.
- The Admiral Theater's "So You Think You Can Strip" feature kicked off last Thursday, and continues into the next few weeks, and Angela Eve of Eve's Parlor Burlesque (among other things) joined us to talk a little bit about that - but it turned into a discussion of the difference between burlesque artists and strippers, and whether or not the girl who's "doing this to put herself through school" actually exists.
- And finally, maybe you've heard the Olympics might be coming to Chicago in 2016. The International Olympic Committee is in town this week to take one final look at our fair city - and No Games Chicago will be out to let them know that not all citizens are thrilled about the prospect of the games. Tom Tresser spoke with us about the numbers games that are going on, where other cities currently stand with their upcoming games, and if this is all just an ego trip for our fair mayor.
