I am honored to have a reproduction of one of my Barack Obama Nude On A Unicorn paintings included in this fine show.

Thank you, Chicago.

No, but I feed my cats white wine spritzers. I can't stand the stuff for me, actually.

Thanks for your contribution today--valuable as always. And so, so original.

Matlida do you own more than five cats and drink white wine spritzers?

I know you're not going to be honest about it, so don't say any thing

Old=smart.

Didn't know that.

Why did they vote for this Obama guy when the other guy was older? Must have been all those dumb young people.

Shit, it's 1pm, sorry to interrupt nap time at the home.

My semi-educated guess is 19, based on the comments and intelligence, and the obvious need for attention from strangers. But who knows?

No argument, but this guy looks kind of handsome. No "David" or anything, but not a bad looking fellow.

I hope he's not just a pretty face though. Can he pull together a sentence or two? I mean, good-looking with brains? That'll take you far.

Gave a well-received speech in 2004, the aftermath of which he and his advisors milked brilliantly.

Ran for US federal office from a relatively highly populated, high-profile state.

Ran for the highest office in the land, gaining the expected massive media coverage, along with crowds that, I'm guessing, are larger than for any gathering you have hosted.

Offered a few ideas about policy and government that more than a few people found they generally, partly, relatively or wholly agreed with, all the while raising more money than any other such person running for any other such office.

Moved into a large white house.

Appears on TV everyday while making decisions that, good or bad or both, will affect our lives for decades to come.

Does that cover it for you?

Or do you need still more cheap Internet attention today?

Sure, one could argue that being popular is its own popularity, but you and I both know that Obama--no matter your view of him--is more than another Paris Hilton, and that you are simply desperate for Internet attention once again, and have no deeper point to make, whether political or cultural, post-modernist or not.

The Bean is for all Chicagoans, including Obama and each of you, so that is your art exhibition. Satisfied?

This is part of the marketing by the city of the Obama-cation, whose goal is to get more tourists to come here and check out various Obama spots, including his house, haircut place, and various restaurants he enjoys. Hyde Parker-ians should love this!

This Obama guy sure seems popular. Wonder what he's actually done to deserve it?
