Goose is really stepping things up in the wake of their lease extension on Clybourn...new website, new and much improved menu, new beers, new labels

I was going to tell you to breathe deep, but you figured it out.

Demolition is now in Goose Island's "Heritage' collection, along with the amazing Red Felt and Naughty Goose brown ale. Bourbon county stout will always be a seasonal selection, but available.

If you look at Goose's website, you'll see that the beers are arranged now by both flavor profile and fermentation. The reserve lines all have some sour in their composition. It makes for a nice staged tasting.

what is all this that Bourbon County is gone? You mean for the season, right? And Demolition is still around, just in 22oz bottles; it is no longer in the 12 oz bottles. Sam's had Demolition this weekend for sale.
