Demolition is now in Goose Island's "Heritage' collection, along with the amazing Red Felt and Naughty Goose brown ale. Bourbon county stout will always be a seasonal selection, but available. If you look at Goose's website, you'll see that the beers are arranged now by both flavor profile and fermentation. The reserve lines all have some sour in their composition.
