A lot of markets carry FAGE now which is pretty much the standard, go full every time, none of that reduced fat stuff. I think I remember my mother using a cheesecloth and hanging it up over the kitchen sink, rendering it unusable for the day. Anyway, pshh why reduce yourself to veggies and pita?
