Not unheard of if you saw the whole thing, unfortunately. I'm sure he knew who it was. I've heard of a 3-year old who actually got his mom's gun from the "hidden spot" and SHOT his abusive stepfather (who was beating his mother at the time) dead. His mom tried to cover for him, but they interviewed the child and he said "Nope, I did it, and I'm glad he's dead. He shouldn't have been beating on my mom." Nothing surprises me anymore.

As do I, hence "is alleged to have." Family members told police that Noah said that to them, so, at best, it's hearsay. Though the child was familiar with Goings since Goings was Nova's ex-boyfriend.

I find it VERY difficult to believe a 3 yr old identified a mugshot or something in this case without prior influence by prosecutors and or police.
