1. The Cubs fans vs. Sox fans rivalry is as old as the dust on the Cubs trophy case (zing!)

2. The Bulls title run, while fantastic, is gradually being eclipsed by the interest in the Derrick Rose era

3. Our '85 Bears obsession is fading as newer fans who weren't around for that are focusing on the current Bears. Seriously, go up to any young fan and say the words "Mama's boy Otis". 8 times out of 10 you'll probaby get a "huh?"

4. We DON'T have Mike Ditka, fool. Other than his restaurant and his new wine that I see in the grocery store, he's not hanging out on Rush street or swinging at Jilly's. Hasn't been for a long time.

But other than that, ESPN Chicago, way to stay up on current Chicago sports....

A friend just said this about Scoop's writing. "what he types out on a keyboard is what i push out after 12 beers and a bean burrito."

ESPN has created a dedicated hate site for all of Chicago sports. Great job ESPN!

Anytime I have gone to their website to get info on a Chicago team, all I have ever found was an article full of negativity and smugness.

No thanks.
