HOLY SHIT! Daly did a cartoon that's topical, makes sense and is a little funny. Is today April Fool's Day? Or Opposite Day?
Weelllll.... not so fast. Topical... perhaps. Makes sense... only if you automatically assume he's in a jail cell, which is not readily suggested (how about some jail bars? That sliver of a bench ain't enough and you have to do a triple take figure out that he's possibly wearing handcuffs.). Finally... funny? Um...
