LOL. I like how you speficiy "little". As for the cell, maybe he's going for the minimalist approach. If that's the case, why not just draw some floating hair to represent Blago. Actually, that might be kinda funny...

Weelllll.... not so fast. Topical... perhaps. Makes sense... only if you automatically assume he's in a jail cell, which is not readily suggested (how about some jail bars? That sliver of a bench ain't enough and you have to do a triple take figure out that he's possibly wearing handcuffs.). Finally... funny? Um... Oh, and the Oliphant touch...been done to death.
