Oprah, Bank Play the Feud Over Catchphrase

So who owns the rights to the catchphrase, "Aha moment"? Well, the Great O, according to her lawyers, who have sent the Mutual Bank of Omaha a cease & desist order. Seems the bank has been using the phrase, "Official sponsor of the aha moment." The bank responded by filing suit against Harpo, alleging that Harpo has failed to take such actions against other companies/persons using that phrase in that past. An Oprah rep told TMZ, "Harpo has not filed a lawsuit or counterclaim against Mutual of Omaha. We hope to reach an amicable resolution on this issue." [TMZ via Sun-Times Oprah Blog]
