either she has freakishly long thighs or she's wearing that skirt above her belly button. kind of weird. the matching hat and shoes are a nice touch, but don't really work with the rest of the outfit.
Why is the hat described as "creamy" blue? That makes no sense.
The outfit is cute though, in a Molly Ringwald sort of way. I would get a slightly more tailored shoe, perhaps something with a T-strap and a little heel.
