I think I have to disagree on the terminology you are assigning to those pants. Those are most definitely Harem Pants or more popularly known as "Hammer Pants." Zubaz were slightly less baggy in the crotchal region and furthermore infinitely more gaudy pattern wise (most popular versions of these pants were something like zebra prints representative of popular sports teams colors).
