I am going to take a rain check on the slugs, but those Korean soups look sooooooo gooooood....and I happen to absolutely LOVE kimchi.
I recently heard about a Korean barbecue place in Chicago where you cook the meat at your table...do you know the name of it? It's supposed to be awesome.
