This in from Tribune Mayor McCheese, um, "Cheeseburger Bureau Chief" Kevin Pang: Graham Elliot Bowles, who's been known to play his own music in between spins of Huey Lewis and the Clash in his eponymous River North restaurant, will be cooking for Jane's Addiction when Lollapalooza hits town in a few short weeks. Bowles will be serving Perry and company what he described as a "heartland picnic."
Bowles won't be finished there, however. Bowles will also be at the festival's food court all weekend, offering up corn dogs with lemon aioli, Buffalo chicken with Pabst Blue Ribbon bubbles and his Parmesan truffle popcorn appetizer. Here's holding out hope Bowles brings back the Sexy Burger.

Yippee! It would be great if he could bring a couple tanks of his liquid nitrogen to put a chill on the watered down, warm bud lite I'll have to endure for 3 days (which will still be better than the god awful Goose Island crap I ingested at Pitchfork - my head still hurts). Either way - I'm excited for the chance to try his food...and maybe a cold beer...and Tool...
