We mentioned yesterday that former governor Rod Blagojevich's book is now on-sale at Amazon for $16.47, which we're pretty sure is less than what he wanted for Obama's U.S. Senate seat. But it also gave us the first look at the book's cover, which is all kinds of magical in a "Land of Leprechauns and Unicorns" kind of way. The Governor is due in bookstores September 8. So, is that big rip down the page supposed to represent Blago's complete detachment from reality?
What a terrible cover -- they cut his left eye in half, for God's sake!
What you say, can and will be used against you in a court of law.
Betcha there's nothing in that book we don't know already, unless he wants to settle political scores. That could be entertaining.
Rock the Nation? That is a little over the top isn't it? There are bigger things going on nationally I'm thinking than some asshair that got kicked out of office spinning a tale of innocence....
Well, in fairness...the nation WAS rocking with laughter when it all first happened. But yeah, they're over it now.
Yikes! That's kind of frightening.
In keeping with your leprechauns and unicorns theme, when I first looked at the thumbnail pic, I honestly thought that the 'rip' was a shillelagh. And he does look rather elvish in that photo. You would think he'd want to go for something a little more flattering. What a doofus this guy is.
I think the rip is a recommendation to the reader. "DESTROY HERE"
I wonder if Barnes & Noble is issuing instructions requiring the cashiers to slap anyone who buys this crap in the forehead with their purchase. They would deserve it you know...
I'll give it a shot if there's dirt on Daley, but it will probably be ROD whining or making more comparisons of himself to Gandhi and MLK.
