2009_08_bluprint interior Pic 1.jpg Make your reservations now for bluprint's Sunday Supper - Head to Tail - BYOB event on Sunday, September 13. After a beer reception, courtesy of Three Floyd's Brewing Co., sit down to a 4-course, family style dinner followed by dessert. The meal will be prepared by bluprint's Sam Burman, The Bristol's Chris Pandel, Old Town Social's Jared Van Camp and Goose The Market owner Christopher Eley.

The dinner is an effort to raise awareness for and support of local farms that provide produce to many of our local chefs. You'll taste Crispy Pig Trotters with Plum Mustardo, Stuffed Squid Puttanesca, and Whole Roasted Saddle of Pork. Call to make your reservations (312-410-9800), grab your favorite beer or wine and head over to bluprint, inside the Merchandise Mark. Details below.

WHERE: bluprint Restaurant, 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite 135, First Floor
