Local Beet's Farm Dinner Preview

All foods sustainable and local web hub the Local Beet is gearing up for its inaugural farm dinner at Genesis Growers in St. Anne, IL Sunday. The dinner's sold out; we warned you.

Monogramme Catering and Events owner/chef Melissa Graham, who also writes for the Local Beet, offered up a preview of the dinner for those of us who are going. Included is the pictured tomato, plum, feta & mint salad that even has this omnivore salivating.
