YES! Oh god, that one is AWFUL.
It is right next to my (former now) bank and I used to stop in on my lunch hour.
Stopped that after the second lunch hour wasted standing a 15 person line where every other person was yelled at by the squat little fat black woman (Nancy, I believe from the Yelp postings I saw) for such horrid crimes as not talking fast enough, not having a pen or asking for the wrong item.
My lunch hour was usually around 3pm, not a rush time. But they never have more than one line open, they treat almost everyone like crap and there's a real nasty racial undertone as it seems that every black customer gets treated very differently.
Seriously, I pine for the days when you could just drop a package in the mailbox, this going inside stuff is for the birds.
How the heck'd you get to run with the Olympic torch, Marcus?
I was nominated as a "Hometown Hero" through one of the sponsors (Coke? Chevy?) and selected. Ran it in the Nashville leg of the relay in mid-December 2001.
