chicagoistpodcastcollageoct12.jpg This week in the Chicagoist Podcast Series, a more star-studded podcast has ne'er been seen within the hallowed digital halls of our RSS Feed.

First up - depending on your age and depth of pop culture mining, you might know Michael Ian Black and Michael Showalter from their work on The State, from appearing on any number of VH1 "I Love the ____" shows, or more recently the show "Michael and Michael Have Issues" on Comedy Central. Today, they join the Podcast to discuss their show at the Metro tomorrow night!

After that, the legendary director John Waters joins the podcast in advance of his appearance at the Moraine Valley Community College. Why MVCC? We never really figure that out, but damnit, go see the man and his "This Filthy World" show anyways. And if you only listen to one podcast this week where the status of Levi Johnston's manhood is discussed, make it this one.
