Michael Kornick has released the menu for his upcoming burger bar concept with David Morton, DMK Burger Bar (2954 N. Sheffield, 773-360-8686):

No. 1 - Aged Cheddar, Smoked Bacon, Charred Balsamic Red Onions, Rufus Teague’s BBQ Sauce
No. 2 - Chili-Rubbed Onion Strings, Great Hill Blue, Marinated Tomatoes, Chipotle Ketchup
No. 3 - NY Pastrami, Grand Cru Gruyere Cheese, Sauerkraut, Leroy’s Remoulade
No. 4 - Roasted Hatch Green Chile, Fried Farm Egg, Sonoma Jack Cheese, Smoked Bacon
No. 5 - Prosciutto, Fontina Cheese, Basil Pesto, Sun-Dried Tomato, Roasted Garlic Aioli
No. 6 - Marinated Portobello, Cambozola Blue, Griddled Scallions, Dijonnaise
No. 7 - Fried Green Tomato, Olive Tapenade, Lemony Red Onions, Piquillo Peppers, Herb Ranch
No. 8 - De Mill Farm’s American Cheese, Iceberg Lettuce, Tomato, Raw Onion, Bread & Butter Pickles, Mayo
No. 9 - Organic Turkey / Arugula, Tomato, Cucumber, Blue Cheese Coleslaw
No. 10 - Grass-Fed Lamb / Sheep’s Milk Feta, Olive Tapenade, Tomato & Onion Salad, Tzatziki
