Slight Delay in Abortion Law

The abortion notification law that was supposed to take effect tomorrow? It seems it won't start until at least Wednesday. Late Friday, The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation issued another extension on the law's injunction, in place until the state's Medical Disciplinary Board meets on Wednesday at which point they could impose another extension on the injunction or go ahead and call for it's enforcement.
