Two Chicago Police officers have been reprimanded for an incident in Pittsburgh in September in which the officers forced an arrested college student to kneel and pose for a photo with them. The Chicago officers were on loan to help provide security for the G20 summit. According to CBS 2, the reprimands were given to "a department chief and commander" and details of the reprimand were not released.
