Blago To Be ReIndicted

Governor Blagojevich will be re-indicted after all, federal prosecutors said today. They told the presiding judge the reindictment will come by late-January or early-February. The reindictment will occur because of the potential the U.S. Supreme Court will throw part, it not all, of the current federal honest services law out in an impending ruling; much of the case against Blago invokes the law.
