An arrest in the hit-and-run death of bicyclist Jepson Livingston has been made. Police have charged 21-year-old Tyrice Pryor with murder for Livingston's death stemming from the accident which happened Tuesday afternoon in Logan Square. According to CBS 2:

A police report indicated Pryor was identified as the driver a vehicle seen traveling east on Diversey Avenue at a high rate of speed, chasing another vehicle. Pryor was allegedly seen rear-ending or ramming the other vehicle, according to the report.

The collision caused the vehicles, both vans, to go out of control. The van Pryor was driving struck Livingston, who was biking westbound on Diversey Avenue, according to the report.

After the accident, Pryor fled on foot but was tracked down at his home last night where he was arrested. The Tribune reports Pryor has been on parole since 2007 for a burglary conviction that carried an original four-year sentence. There's no word on if anyone else involved - such as passengers in Pryor's van or the driver of the other vehicle - have been identified or charged with anything.
