WBEZ Looks At Juvenile Justice Inside And Out

Remember in December when WBEZ ran into problems with a stubborn Gov. Quinn regarding their investigations of the state's juvenile prison system? It seems they finally got some access and have launched a website to go along with their investigation that will unfold over the next six months. So far, it's looking pretty sharp.
