How To: Roast a Chicken (If You're an Idiot)
Okay, so, we've covered how to roast a chicken. But what if you're dumb? Here are the cliff notes: Buy chicken. Salt chicken. Put in 450 degree oven for an hour. Done.
We're not really kidding. Okay, so, it goes more like this: Buy a 3 lb chicken. Wash it off. Dry it off. Salt and pepper it. Put it in 450 degree oven for an hour. Take temp. Done. Seriously.
Here's why we love this method: 1) it's easy 2) the chicken's skin is crispy and salty and awesome and 3) the meat is tender and juicy.
