Do This: Mussels and Beer at Bistro 110

Few pairings are as perfect as mussels and beer, as frequent diners at Hopleaf can attest. Bistro 110 (110 E. Pearson St., 312-266-3110) has declared February to be "local beer month." From 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday they'll host a pairing of mussels with select beers from Goose Island. Brewmaster greg Hall will also be on hand for the festivities preaching the gospel of local craft brews. Cost is $25.
