SW Side Rape Suspect Surrenders

Chauvet Stiggers, the man suspected in a pair of rapes last week on the Southwest Side, has turned himself in to police. Stiggers, who has used aliases including Rashaun Little, Andre Harris and DeAndre Harris, turned himself in last night but as of late last night had not been charged with anything. Besides the two rapes, he's also accused of exposing himself to a teen and trying to abduct another teen who was able to escape.
