A local man was arrested for the 242nd time last night after he was accused of "touching customers aggressively" at a Gold Coast restaurant. While panhandling at Tavern on Rush, Darryl Marlow allegedly reached over to patrons on the restaurants patio, touching them, a violation of a city ordinance. No word if this is a record, though we imagine it's got to be close.
