Reader Challenge: Chicagoist Pet Playdates Logic Puzzle

L-Stop's dog, Rocco, likes to visit some of the other Chicagoist pets - even two cats! - for playdates. On five different days, he visited another writer (who hosted the playdate) in a different neighborhood with another guest pet for a playdate. The three animals each go home with a special treat that day. Using the clues provided, the writer who hosted the playdate, the other guest pet at the playdate, the neighborhood in which it took place, and the special treat each received and the date on which the playdate took place.
