Blago To Make "Strong Public Statement"
Glenn Selig, publicist for former governor Rod Blagojevich, threatened announced earlier today that Blago will make a public statement later today - 5 p.m. - to address his upcoming trial and the federal case against him. Selig called Blago's prepared remarks his "strongest public statement to date" on the trial, slated to start June 3. Because our ex-gov hasn't said anything at all over the last 14 months proclaiming his innocence? We just hope he talks about Harry Potter.
