Do This: Geja's 45th Anniversary Recipe Contest

Geja's is one of our favorite chicago institutions. As such, when they have a birthday, we want to be there with bells on. Or, in this case, covered in a savory sauce! Geja's is running a recipe contest for their 45th birthday. All of their fondue dinners are served with a set of eight "classic" dipping sauces, and they are looking for some new ideas.

What is your favorite sauce? Do you have a spicy chili oil and lemongrass concoction that you always make for parties? Or a Thai peanut sauce? Or a really special cocktail sauce recipe that your mother used to make? Whatever your idea, if you send it into Geja's, they'll give you a $25 gift certificate, just for trying. If you win, you'll get a $100 certificate and your sauce recipe will be served throughout the month of June.
